  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 lime, juices
  • 1/4 inch ginger root, peeled
  • 4 - 6 mint leaves


  1. Add all ingredients to the blender and process on high until smooth.
  2. Serve with a mint leaf and enjoy!
