Michelle Vodrazka

Nutritionist, Personal Trainer and Author of Help Yourself to Seconds and Smart Snacking for Sports


Michelle's passion is teaching people how they can transform their lives through nutrition and exercise. She has written two cookbooks, Smart Snacking for Sports and Help Yourself to Seconds and is a regular blogger for the Huffington Post. Michelle lives in Ottawa, Canada with her four children where she loves spending time exploring the outdoors and dreaming up new creations in her kitchen. She loves to share her knowledge of cooking, nutrition and fitness on her website and with audiences nation-wide.

Stephanie Kay

Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N.) with a Passion for Food and Fitness


Steph's approach to nutrition is simple and sustainable, she believes in real food first: eating fresh, whole foods and cooking with real ingredients. She believes that food is a fundamental key to our health and wellness, and that you can't outwork a good diet. Steph works through her blog, kaynutrition.com, her group programs and with individual clients, to help teach people how to make better food choices, fuel our bodies and learn to love real food. Her intention is to help individuals find balance in their diets and create a sustainable healthy lifestyle they can feel good about, while still having a little fun.

Steph is a regular guest presenter on CTV Morning Live and works in partnership with many fitness studios and food organizations in the city of Ottawa. In her spare time, she lives a very active lifestyle working out, running, spinning and practicing yoga, and on weekends you can find her hanging out at the local farmer's market or enjoying dinner out at her favourite restaurants.

Amy Longard

Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N.) and Plant-based Chef


Amy has been successful in helping her clients reach their goals and overcome health challenges through nutritional consultations, coaching, cooking and health education. Whether it's weight loss, improved digestion, or simply adapting better eating habits, she's passionate about supporting her clients as they work towards healthier, more balanced lives.    

In September 2012 she moved from Ottawa to New York City to attend culinary school. She graduated from the Chef's Training program at the Natural Gourmet Institute, which is one of the world's leading health supportive culinary schools. She then enrolled in the Holistic Nutrition program at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN). After graduating, she launched her company Amy Longard Nutrition where she offers 1-on-1 nutrition coaching, cooking lessons, and workshops.  She’s also a public speaker and regularly works as a private chef for yoga retreats in Ottawa and abroad.  

In her spare time, she loves entertaining and hosting dinner parties, practicing yoga, walking her dog, tinkering with recipes to make them healthier,  traveling, and spending as much time outdoors as possible.
