 We all know that to feel better, we should eat better. But finding tasty, healthy recipes can be tricky. That’s why Kardish has collected healthy meal ideas from our favourite stars, including Meghan Markle, Alicia Silverstone, Matt Damon, and Miranda Kerr. Whether you’re preparing for a new movie role or just want to feel better throughout the day, these recipes can kickstart your healthy diet. 


Meghan Markle

Plus, it’s versatile, tasty, and easy to make. Meghan’s favourite blend includes kale, cucumber, celery, ginger, and lemon. You can try a new blend each day for an early morning or midday pick-me-up.

Try out Meghan’s favourite recipe for yourself by throwing the following ingredients in your blender: 

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 cups kale
  • 2 green apples, cored
  • 1/2 cup parsley leaves
  • 1 medium cucumber, quartered
  • 2 celery stalks, roughly chopped
  • 1 (1-inch) piece of ginger, peeled
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice

Alicia Silverstone

Alicia Silverstone may beClueless, but she knows how to put a healthy spin on the classic peanut butter cup. Alicia’s recipe for this delectable snack involves swapping regular peanut butter for a natural, unsweetened, and unsalted version. She also adds chopped peanuts or pecans, and graham crackers. Next time you want to reach for a satisfying chocolate treat try this instead!

Matt Damon

Matt Damon is no stranger to healthy recipes. Over the years, he’s had to work with body and weight fluctuations for various different roles and he has become conscious of healthy meal choices. One of his favourite dishes is a flavour packed saffron and asparagus risotto. This meal may seem intimidating, but with a little time and a whole lot of love, you can nail this risotto and possibly discover a new delicious favourite. 

All you need is the following supplies: 

  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable stock
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, finely diced
  • 1 cup arborio rice
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 1 large pinch of good quality saffron
  • ⅛ cup Italian parsley, chopped fine for garnish
  • shaved Parmesan (optional) for garnish
