Suggested Dose: Start with 1 caplet 30–60 minutes before bedtime. If needed, increase to a maximum of 2 caplets 30–60 minutes before bedtime.     Hello.

    Is this primarily for travel or reset of sleep pattern? I assume based on 1 month use directive. What is recommended for someone who keeps waking up through the night as regular sleep pattern?
