Whole sugar is a highly concentrated product, derived from the cooking of pure cane juice, and it can be considered a whole product. It maintains all the nutrients of sugar cane, without undergoing any kind of refinement. Native Organic Brown Sugar, when compared to other products in the same category, is free flowing (drier and loose), and has a lighter color due to its moisture content. In other words, our Brown Sugar is less likely of getting hard and losing its crystals as it is an amorphous (without form) product.
