Raincoast trading sought out to find the most sustainable fisheries on the planet to source this delicately flavoured Skipjack Tuna. The result is a wild caught tuna off the coast of the Maldive islands. Using the line and pole technique the fish are caught ethically opposed to big farm fishing that some of the other names practice. With a mild amount of salt added, this tuna goes great in salads and mixes well with mayonnaise for an added boost of flavor.
