Healthy Barbie Pink Drink Recipe

Hiya, Barbie! Want to try a refreshing unique twist on a cooling summer drink? Jump in and enjoy this Beetroot Latte! 

Like many of us, I’ve spent the last few weeks reminiscing about Barbies. And with the summer heating up, I thought what better way to relive my Barbie days then to try a refreshing pink drink recipe. This vibrant and nutritious iced latte will not only cool you down but also boost natural energy and numerous health benefits.

Healthy Barbie Pink Drink Recipe

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons organic beetroot powder
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or any non-dairy milk of your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (adjust to your preferred sweetness)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Optional: A splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice for a citrusy twist

Instructions:

1.  Combine in blender

In a blender, combine the beetroot powder, almond milk, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground cardamom, and vanilla extract. Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth and well combined.

 

2. Pour & enjoy!

Take a tall glass and fill it with a cup of ice cubes. Pour your Barbie drink and enjoy!  For an extra zing, add a splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice and give it a gentle stir.
