INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup coconut manna (coconut butter)
1/4 cup virgin coconut oil
1/4 cup sunflower seed butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 scoop of Progressive Nutritional Complete Collagen (unflavoured)
2 tbsp maple syrup (ketogenic alternative below)
1/2 cup shredded coconut + 2 tablespoons for coating
INSTRUCTIONS
Put a small sauce pan on the stove on low heat, add the first 6 ingredients in the order listed, using a whisk mix gently until blended, once incorporated add the shredded coconut, and transfer into a glass dish put in the fridge to cool until the mixture hardens, about 2 hours.

You have the option to replace the maple syrup with the same amount of coconut cream OR stevia to taste to make them keto-friendly.

Option 1- Using a teaspoon form into balls and roll in shredded coconut coconut or cocoa powder.
